Everyday of the Year
Small Group Tours (max. 6 people)
The tours we offer are designed for those who prefer a relaxed pace, comprehensive insights from knowledgeable guides, local meals in small boutique restaurants (we avoid large bus group venues with open-buffet lunches), and a small group experience. If you prefer tours that visit many sites quickly, these may not align with your expectations.
Day 1 (Group Cappadocia Tour, lunch included)
Your adventure will start with an early pick-up from your hotel around 05:00am, followed by a transfer to either Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport for your flight to Cappadocia. Once you arrive, our driver will be waiting at the airport to greet you and take you to our local office.
Following a brief refreshment break at our office, you'll begin your journey through the enchanting landscapes of Cappadocia, starting with one of its most iconic sites: the Goreme Open-Air Museum. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985, this museum is home to some of the region’s finest rock-carved churches. The tour will then take you to Pasabag (Monks Valley), well known for its extraordinary mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys. The fairy chimneys in Pasabag are among the most well-preserved formations in Cappadocia and serve as an excellent display of natural geological artistry.
We will stop for lunch at a traditional restaurant in Avanos, where you'll have the chance to taste the region’s famous “Pottery Kebab.” After our meal, you'll witness a live kick-wheel pottery demonstration—a craft that dates back around 4000 years. This ancient technique, first developed by the Hittites, remains a cherished tradition in the area. Next, we will head to the Zelve Open-Air Museum, where your guide will share insights into the significance of Christian monastic life in Cappadocia. While Zelve doesn’t feature the ornate frescoes found elsewhere, it offers a remarkable maze of rock-cut dwellings and tunnels. This valley is also well known for its sharp-pointed fairy chimneys, with slender spires rising nearly 40 feet into the air. Our final stop will be Devrent Valley, a surreal area where the rock formations resemble animals and familiar objects, including the famous camel-shaped rock. We’ll return to your hotel around 4:00 PM. Overnight stay will be in Goreme.
Day 2 (Group Cappadocia Tour, breakfast and lunch included)
Optional Hot Air Balloon Flight in the early morning can be a good start the day with sunrise.
At 10:00 AM, our professional guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel to start the day with a scenic hike through the Red and Rose Valleys—two of the most breathtaking landscapes in Cappadocia. During the walk, you'll come across ancient pigeon lofts, spectacular views of Uchisar Castle, and centuries-old rock-cut chapels. The hike will take around 1.5 hours and will end in Cavusin Village, a former Greek settlement known for its stunning vistas.
Cavusin was deserted in the 1950s due to the danger of rockfalls. After enjoying the panoramic scenery of the old village, we’ll drive to the Uchisar Castle Viewpoint for more photo opportunities and a chance to admire the surrounding landscape. We’ll then continue to a local restaurant to savor a delightful lunch.
Following a 30-minute drive, we will explore the fascinating Kaymakli Underground City, recognized as one of Cappadocia’s remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This subterranean marvel is known for its strategically planned structure, featuring residential rooms, sleeping chambers, animal shelters, communal kitchens, a chapel, and even a burial area, all built to safeguard the people who once lived there.
Following this final stop, the tour will wrap up around 4:30–5:00 PM, and we will return you to your hotel. Enjoy your overnight stay in Goreme.
Day 3 (Group Cappadocia Tour & Flight to Istanbul, breakfast and lunch included)
Our tour will start at 10:00 AM with a hotel pick-up. The first stop will be at Ortahisar Panorama Point (Lavanta Panorama), where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Ortahisar Castle. Your guide will share fascinating insights into the area's history and geography.
Next, we will head to Mustafapasa (Sinasos) Village, a once vibrant community home to both Turkish and Greek inhabitants until the compulsory population exchange in 1924. Here, you will explore a variety of historic Greek houses, an Ottoman Madrasah, and an ancient church.
After this visit, we will continue to the Keslik Monastery, a hidden gem that offers a unique experience. The monastery houses three churches of various ages, each with its own historical charm. The Church of Archangels stands out with its remarkable frescoes, illustrating scenes from the lives of Jesus and Mother Mary. Next, we will proceed to the Sobessos Excavation Site, where you can explore the Roman bath, ancient tombs, a temple, and stunning mosaics that have been carefully uncovered.
Next, we will head to Soganli Valley, one of the most tranquil and remote valleys in Cappadocia. We will begin with a delicious lunch in this serene setting. Afterward, we’ll take a scenic hike along one side of the valley, where we will visit several cave churches, before returning along the opposite side to the old village. After our hike through the valley, the tour will conclude around 4:00-4:30 PM with a drive to the airport for your return flight to Istanbul. Once you land, our driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in Istanbul.
