Booking Process


When you reach out to us regarding your tour, we will provide you with an itinerary based on the current real-time availability and pricing details we receive from hotels and airlines. Please note that the rates and availability of hotels and flights may fluctuate until we receive your deposit via our secure form. Once your reservation is confirmed, all rates, hotels, and flights are guaranteed.

If any adjustments are necessary for your itinerary after confirmation, we will contact you immediately and propose an alternative option that you can accept. Flight bookings are typically the most common example, as airlines may occasionally change flight schedules or routes, especially for advance bookings.

To finalize all of your reservations, we require a 30% deposit once you've booked your trip with our travel agent. We use a 256-bit SSL secure form on our website to ensure that your credit card information is transmitted safely. After we receive your deposit, we will confirm all the details of your itinerary and send you a travel voucher within 3-5 business days, along with your flight tickets and additional information.

The remaining balance can be paid at any time before your arrival, or you may choose to settle it after your visit to Cappadocia during your travels. We accept all major currencies, as well as Visa and MasterCard payments in our office.

To complete your travel arrangements, we will need your international flight details along with your full names as listed on your passports in order to secure the flight tickets.
