Çal Cave, located in the Düzköy district of Trabzon, is a renowned tourist spot offering visitors the opportunity to explore one of the longest caves worldwide, stretching around 2 kilometers in length. Situated at an elevation of 1,050 meters above sea level, the cave is home to stunning stalactites, stalagmites, along with flowing streams, waterfalls, and ponds, enhancing its natural allure.

The cave is split into two sections: the left side features a 150-meter long path, while the right side extends over a 400-meter long route. Visitors can admire the impressive fault line in the ceiling and capture photos of this remarkable feature. Furthermore, the deeper areas of the cave, rich with stalactites and stalagmites, are believed to offer therapeutic benefits for individuals suffering from respiratory issues like asthma and shortness of breath.

Approximately 200 meters from the entrance, the cave branches into two sections, both of which are open to visitors. The cave's accessible area, featuring wooden walkways, stretches for a length of 8 kilometers. At the 60th meter of the longer arm, visitors can appreciate the stunning lake and waterfall, while the water from the doline flows through the chimney at the end of the shorter arm. Estimated to be around 8 million years old, this cave is a magnificent natural wonder that has remained concealed from human view for countless centuries.
