Production Method:

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of Muş çorti pickle
- 750 g lamb shank
- 150 g cracked wheat
- 60 g butter
- 20 g tomato paste

Preparation Steps:
1. Begin by sautéing the chopped lamb shank in butter until the meat changes color.
2. Stir in the tomato paste and continue to sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the çorti pickle and cracked wheat to the pot, then pour in enough water to cover all the ingredients.
4. Let the mixture simmer over medium heat for about one hour.
5. The dish is ready when the meat easily detaches from the bone.
