Production Method: Ingredients: - 500 g diced lamb (a blend of ribs and forearm cuts) - 500 ml water - 500 g pearl onions - 100 g butter - 10 g tomato paste - 8 g salt - 5 g black pepper Preparation: 1. Simmer the diced lamb meat, which includes pieces from ribs and forearms, in 500 ml of water for approximately 30 minutes. 2. In a separate skillet, sauté the pearl onions in butter over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add in the tomato paste and black pepper, stir thoroughly, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. 3. Place the pre-boiled meat on top of the onion mixture. Pour the cooking broth from the meat over the entire mixture. Add salt and let it cook gently on low heat for 40–50 minutes. 4.
