Production Method: Ingredients: - 500 g diced lamb meat - 1200 g bread quince - 200 g dried onions - 70 ml grape molasses - 10 g tomato paste - A pinch of salt - 60 g butter - 10 ml olive oil Combine the diced lamb with finely chopped onions, then layer half of this mixture at the base of the pot. Spread half of the cubed quinces evenly over the meat. Add the remaining onion and meat mixture on top, followed by the rest of the quinces.
