Production Method: 400 g clotted cream 5-7 tablespoons wheat flour 200 g honeycomb honey Preparation: The clotted cream is warmed in a pan over the stove until it begins to foam. Then, it is removed from the heat, and the wheat flour is slowly added while continuously stirring until a thick consistency is achieved. The mixture is cooked further until it develops a pinkish hue. When the color is evenly distributed and the mixture can be shaped using a spoon, it is placed onto a serving dish and the edges and surface are smoothed with a spoon. Finally, chunks of honeycomb honey are cut and arranged on top. Optionally, some strained honey can be served alongside on the plate.
