Production Method: Ingredients for Gaziantep Malhıtalı Aşı / Porridge include: 270-360 g of red lentils, 160-240 g of fine bulgur, 45-60 g of tomato paste, 45-60 g of pepper paste, 1 medium onion, 1.2-1.5 liters of water, 150-200 g of olive oil or butter, 15-20 g of red pepper flakes, and optionally 8-12 g of salt.
