Production Method:

Ingredients:
250 g dried wild chard, 500 g dried boneless meat, 2 large onions, 1 teacup fine bulgur, 1 cup green lentils, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, Salt, Red pepper flakes, Half a teacup vegetable oil

Instructions:
The dried wild chard is first boiled and drained, then chopped into small pieces. In a pot, sauté the onions with tomato paste and oil. Once the onions are softened, add the chopped wild chard to the pot. Pour in 4 cups of boiling water, followed by the dried boneless meat, bulgur, green lentils, red pepper flakes, and salt. Let the mixture cook and serve it hot.
