Production Method:

The Batman Piçik Dish is made using cracked bulgur sourced from wheat grown within the region. Below are the ingredients and steps to prepare approximately 6 servings of the dish:

Ingredients:

250 g coarse bulgur
250 g fine bulgur
500 g yogurt
100 g butter
2 cloves of garlic
Red pepper
Salt
Wheat flour (to prevent sticking)
1 liter of water

Preparation:
Coarse and fine bulgur are combined, and water is added to create a dough-like consistency. Once the dough has rested, small meatballs, approximately 2 cm in diameter, are shaped and coated in flour to prevent sticking. These meatballs are then boiled in water and placed on a serving dish.

In a separate pot, melted butter is combined with red pepper and finely minced garlic, then heated until it begins to sizzle. This prepared sauce is poured over the boiled meatballs. The Batman Piçik Dish is served hot.
