Bafra Nokulu

What makes Bafra Nokulu stand out from similar desserts produced in other regions is its distinctive dough, which is made without baking powder or eggs. Another key difference is the addition of vinegar to the dough, which gives the dessert its characteristic crispy texture.

The preparation of Bafra Nokulu requires specialized skills and expertise. The knowledge passed down through generations is essential for combining high-quality ingredients and achieving the authentic flavor of this traditional dessert.
